Meghan Magrath is a singer and actress originally from the Boston area. She studied Drama at NYU, and currently resides in Queens.
Meghan made her post-college acting debut at Cape Rep Theatre, where she has been seen many times since in some of her favorite performances to date (Blithe Spirit; Frog and Toad; Failure: A Love Story). She has been a featured singer with Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston, the Old Sea Pines Inn Revue in Brewster, MA, and as a third of the folk trio Mose Knows, based in Somerville, MA.
She is the creator of two cabaret acts, including Here Comes the Broad, which debuted at The Duplex in October 2016 to a sold out house. In February 2018, Meghan and co-creator Lisa Bettencourt premiered a folk music show, Womenfolk, at the Duplex.
Meghan will be back at Cotuit Center for the Arts in Dark Night Cabaret from August 19th to the 28th. It will be a casual evening of folk rock, pop and musical theater songs with a rotating cast of three performers per night. Visit https://artsonthecape.org/explore/dark-night-cabaret for tickets!
